Little Sampford

Little Sampford is a scattering of houses, a church and a great deal of quiet. Our Hawksmead properties sit in it — an eight-bedroom manor and a cluster of smaller retreats, each with its own hot tub and its own view of nothing but fields.

This is the north-west corner of Essex, on Stambourne Road, where the countryside stops pretending to be a commuter belt and becomes genuinely rural. Hawksmead and Hawks Farm sit on the same road, each with its own hot tub.
