# Privacy Policy — Claude Workspace MCP

## What this application is
Claude Workspace MCP is a private, internal integration used solely by Damian Murray to
connect his own Google accounts to Claude, an AI assistant provided by Anthropic. It is not
a public product, it is not offered to third parties, and it has no users other than the
operator's own accounts.
## What data it accesses
With the account holder's explicit consent, the application may access:
- **Gmail** — reading, searching, drafting, sending and organising email (including moving
messages to Trash). It cannot permanently delete email.
- **Google Calendar** — reading and editing calendar events and availability. It cannot
delete entire calendars.
- **Google Drive** — reading and downloading files, and full control of files the
application itself creates. It cannot modify or delete pre-existing files.
## How that data is used
Data is accessed only in direct response to a request made by the account holder within
Claude — for example, summarising an inbox, drafting a reply, or checking a calendar. It is
transmitted between Google's servers and Anthropic's Claude service for the sole purpose of
fulfilling that request.
## How data is stored and shared
- No email, calendar or file content is stored by this application. It holds no database.
- OAuth access credentials are stored locally on the account holder's own computer, secured
by the operating system.
- No data is sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to any third party.
- Data handling by Claude is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy:

## Limited use disclosure
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
[Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy),
including the Limited Use requirements.
## Retention and deletion
No user data is retained by the application. Access can be revoked at any time by the
account holder at https://myaccount.google.com/connections, which immediately and
permanently ends all access.
